Role summary / purpose This is a stand-alone position that provides support to VPs, GMs, Managing Directors or multiple Directors. The role exercises confidentiality, tact and diplomacy. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail. Maintains files, records, calendars and diaries; typically arranges business travel, coordinates meeting arrangements, and tracks expenses. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision; serves in non-exempt capacity. Non-exempt position. Minimal driving required (to and from offices). Lifting up to 20 lbs. No physical labor, PPE, hazardous work conditions, ladder climbing, or machinery operation required.
