Role summary / purpose The Change Management Consultant II will support change management efforts for a Natural Gas Business Unit. This role will work with project teams, business partners, and impacted employees to help plan, communicate, and support changes tied to business, operational, technology, and process improvements. Key responsibilities • Plan and support change management work for multiple workstreams, agile teams, or projects within a larger program. • Use change management methods and tools; Prosci experience is preferred. • Apply and document change management practices consistently in assigned work. • Communicate well in writing and verbally, including explaining complex ideas in a clear and simple way. • Help define desired outcomes and track measures that show progress toward those outcomes. • Identify how changes affect different groups and help plan ways to manage those impacts. • Connect change management work with related transformation efforts or initiatives with behavioral analysis. • Create and support stakeholder engagement activities and adjust the approach for different audiences. • Identify potential risks and issues early and help address them. • Work effectively when details are unclear and help others keep work moving forward. • Work well in a self-directed environment. Requirements – education & experience • Bachelor's degree (preferably in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, or similar field). • 5 or more years of related work experience. • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Master's degree. • Prosci Change Management certification. • CCMP certification from Association of Change Management Professionals. • Strong listening skills with ability to clearly articulate points of resistance and find creative solutions. • Demonstrated ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in. • Ability to adapt and change as business needs evolve. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with agile teams, approaches, and digital tools. • Experience within complementary disciplines such as Agile, innovation, design thinking, customer experience, or digital transformation. • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and change.
