Communications Specialist

Role summary / purpose Responsible for developing and delivering effective internal and external communications that support organizational goals. This role creates content, manages communication channels, and ensures consistent messaging across the organization. Key responsibilities • Work closely with capital project teams to ensure consistent and timely communication across the portfolio. • Create and distribute communications on project execution, milestones, construction progress, and major project activities, such as construction milestones, outages, equipment deliveries, heavy hauls, commissioning and completion. • Develop presentations, updates, talking points, graphics, newsletters and other project-related communications content. • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications throughout project development and execution. • Support regulatory, legal, governmental, community relations and volunteer activity communications needs. Requirements – education & experience • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 2–4+ years of experience Required skills • Strong writing and editing skills Employment details – type, location, hours On-site position in The Woodlands, TX.
