Launch Maintenance Supervisor

Role summary / purpose Launch Maintenance Supervisor Key responsibilities • Work with OEMs for equipment documentation and set up plant storage for documentation to interface with Maximo and EzMaxMobile • Work with plant maintenance teams to properly set up Maximo with new assets • Work with OEMs plant maintenance to identify and properly document PMs visual job plans etc. • Create and maintain launch Maintenance Operating System MOS status documentation and scorecard for program. Work with plant OEMs and PTME to meet MOS timing and deliverables • Oversee spare part scrub meetings verify 1295s attachment to assets critical spares etc. • Develop Launch MOS Readiness Assessment by line station etc. • Daily supervision and coordination of all hourly employees • Drive continuous improvement in safety quality and productivity • Lead role in resolving machining related concerns increase machine availability and MTTR • Identify throughput constraints and drive root cause improvements Requirements – education & experience • 5 years of related experience • Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in organizational leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal teambuilding and communication skills Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Bachelor's degree • Effective oral and written communication skills • Maintenance planning and execution in manufacturing environment • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience • 8D and 5Why corrective action and problem solving skills • Lean Tools 5S Kanban Poka-yoke and Value Stream Mapping • DMAIC and DMADV DFSS Project Methodology experience • Kaizen Methods • FMEA PPAP and DOE experience • Visual Factory Management • Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience Employment details – type, location, hours Fully onsite
