Role summary / purpose This position will support construction and maintenance activities for substation and transmission line assets. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to materials needed for transmission voltage class projects. This will require engagement with stakeholders from operations, supply chain, and material vendors. You will be the primary point of contact for resolution of materials constraints that could negatively impact the project. Key responsibilities • Coordinate materials needed for transmission voltage class projects • Engage with stakeholders from operations, supply chain, and material vendors • Resolve materials constraints that could impact project timelines • Conduct quarterly field and site visits Requirements – education & experience • Bachelor's degree Required skills • Strong communication and organization skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to work in a team environment • Knowledge of material acquisition and delivery • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Transmission operations • Strong Microsoft Office skills Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Utility industry experience • Working knowledge of Maximo Employment details – type, location, hours • Full-time position • Hybrid – 3 days per week in office requirement • Overtime available – approximately 4 hours per week (pending manager approval) • Personal vehicle required with mileage reimbursement for quarterly field/site visits • No overnight travel required; day trips to sites only • Business expenses covered for mileage
