Role summary / purpose Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of key objectives. Key responsibilities • Supervise all operations including inbound, outbound, and claims processing • Cover crews in supervisor's absence • Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings • Prepare and maintain work-related records as needed • Schedule workforce including overtime and vacation • Champion and lead continuous improvement initiatives toward best-in-class performance Requirements – education & experience • 1 year of previous supervision experience
