Role summary / purpose This position reports to the Sr Program Manager and will support the business on the Warehouse Management System replacement project for launching a new WMS to all warehouses across the North American network. The role is responsible for executing detailed testing of warehouse management software systems. This role involves creating, executing, and documenting tests to ensure software functionality, performance, reliability, and integration with other systems. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements – education & experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing in a warehouse or logistics environment • Experience with a tier 1 WMS implementation • Strong understanding of testing Warehouse Operations such as Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Order Management, and Inventory Management • Solid understanding of using DevOps for test and defect management Required skills • Experience with Manhattan MAWM WMS and Labor Management with warehouse automation • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with relentless and thorough follow-up • Ability to work well under pressure • Ability to multitask and work in ambiguous situations • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable dealing with internal and external customers and working through others not in your reporting structure • Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, Azure DevOps) Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Operational experience within a warehouse Employment details – type, location, hours Onsite - Lisle
