Role summary / purpose Design and Release Engineer for underbody structure. Deliver body structure components and subsystems from start to finish and follow through production as ongoing product development. The parts include front structure, dash, cowl, floor panels, and reinforcements. Key responsibilities • Sheet metal steel and aluminum structure component design and release • Manage body structure components and subsystems from conception through production • Support ongoing product development and production Requirements – education & experience • Experience with design and release processes in automotive manufacturing Employment details – type, location, hours Hybrid position, 4 days per week in the office. Candidates must be onsite from day one as specified. In-person interviews may be requested.
