Role summary / purpose Transforms initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents. Reviews engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. Key responsibilities • Convert rough product designs into working CAD documents • Review engineering drawings and designs for compliance with specifications and standards • Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment • Perform a variety of complicated technical tasks • Direct and lead the work of others as needed Requirements – education & experience • Associate's degree in a related area • 1-3 years of experience in the field or related area Required skills • Computer aided design (CAD) proficiency • Knowledge of field concepts, practices, and procedures • Ability to perform complicated tasks • Creative problem-solving and independent judgment Employment details – type, location, hours Core hours: 9AM-3PM with flexibility to meet 40 hours per week.
