Change Manager

Role summary / purpose The Change Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for organizational adoption and transformation activities across initiatives, beginning with a major platform rollout. This is a hands-on organizational change role requiring applied Prosci methodology experience and deliverable ownership — not a communications-only function. As platform and service offerings expand, this person will support multiple phased rollouts and adoption waves over time. Key responsibilities • Develop and execute adoption strategies, plans, and deliverables • Conduct stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness assessments • Develop stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and resistance management plans • Create and maintain core Prosci deliverables: impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, communication plans, training plans, coaching plans, sponsor roadmaps, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics • Establish and track adoption, utilization, proficiency, and business outcome measures • Serve as the central liaison across stakeholders, business teams, and project teams • Manage and maintain project communications and engagement materials • Update and maintain SharePoint sites, FAQs, knowledge repositories, and other adoption resources • Support communications, training, coaching, and organizational readiness activities • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, change champion networks, and feedback sessions • Coordinate leadership engagement and executive sponsor activities • Participate in team meetings, representing the adoption and engagement workstream • Track and report on activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall progress • Support cutover, transition, reinforcement, and post-implementation adoption activities to ensure sustained business outcomes Requirements – education & experience • Strong, hands-on experience with Prosci methodology and deliverables • Proven track record driving organizational change in large-scale technology initiatives
