Role summary / purpose We are looking for an Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering & Construction estimating organization. The focus is on improving how our teams work through technology, data, automation, and AI. Key responsibilities • Partner with estimators to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities. • Translate business needs into requirements for the development team. • Help design, test, and roll out new digital solutions. • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate work, and centralize data. Required skills • Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working between business and technical teams. • Strong communication skills and interest in technology, data, and AI. Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Experience in estimating, engineering, construction, technology, or product management.
