Senior Content Management Specialist / AEM Administrator Dearborn, MI | $45.25/hour | 12-Month Contract (Renewable Annually) Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Management Specialist / AEM Administrator to support Business-to-Dealer websites. This role requires deep hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience including authoring, building, managing, and publishing content within enterprise websites. Key Responsibilities • Author, build, and publish website pages and content structures using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). • Manage the full AEM publishing lifecycle from authoring through approvals and activation. • Administer digital assets including images, documents, videos, and multimedia content. • Create and modify graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. • Develop and maintain AEM Forms for registrations, surveys, enrollments, and submissions. • Configure asset-level security, permissions, and access controls. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective digital communications. • Perform content reviews, quality assurance checks, and governance activities. • Troubleshoot content authoring and publishing issues independently. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience managing content for high-volume websites. • Strong hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring and publishing expertise. • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and AEM Forms. • Working knowledge of HTML, Adobe Analytics, Brightcove, and Documentum. • Experience with SSO, permissions management, and access controls. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail. Compensation & Duration Pay Rate: $45.25/hour Contract Length: 12 months with potential annual renewals Location: Dearborn, Michigan
