Role summary / purpose Quality Systems professional position requiring demonstrated expertise in automotive quality processes and methodologies. Required skills • Demonstrated technical knowledge of Quality Processes including QOS Process, FMA, SCCAF/SCCP, FMEA, Control Plans, Bill of Process, Quality Launch Readiness Assessments, 3-Legged 5-Why Problem Solving, DMAIC and Global 8D methodologies • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification • Familiarity with Core Engineering Systems such as MIDAS, FEDE, Global Manufacturing Requirements / Knowledge Packets, engineering standards and powertrain deliverables • Proficiency with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) tools such as AutoCAD • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) knowledge Employment details – type, location, hours Fully onsite position.
