IT Infrastructure Administrator

Role summary / purpose Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computing infrastructure, operating systems, and/or middleware products on all computer platforms, including mainframes, workstations, servers, and web servers, in support of 24x7 business processes. Evaluates, implements, and modifies operating system software parameters and/or product solutions for optimal performance. Identifies integration and other interface requirements for all supported products and platforms. Key responsibilities • Directs IT strategy for global enterprise infrastructure, aligning with business goals and technology innovations • Develops enterprise-wide IT policies and ensures regulatory compliance • Leads IT transformation initiatives and oversees IT operations teams • Implements cloud-first strategies and ensures security best practices for all IT environments • Ensures cybersecurity measures, automation, and operational efficiency Requirements – education & experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT leadership, infrastructure strategy, and cybersecurity governance Required skills • Active Directory and Azure AD • VMware and AWS • DevOps and cloud-based infrastructure solutions • Networking infrastructure • IT governance and DevSecOps • Cloud security architecture • Disaster recovery planning • Large-scale IT automation frameworks • Cybersecurity policy compliance and industry regulations
