Role summary / purpose The Nuclear Planner 4 is responsible for developing comprehensive work packages and planning activities for nuclear plant operations. Key responsibilities • Detailed work package creation • Work order planning • Job walks • Material and labor identification • Technical coordination with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams • Outage planning support • Regulatory compliance management • Configuration management oversight Requirements – education & experience • 15+ years of nuclear planning experience • Expertise in nuclear work package development • Deep technical knowledge of plant systems • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (NRC, INPO, ASME, IEEE) Required skills • Technical excellence • Attention to detail • Communication • Analytical thinking • Collaboration • Process knowledge Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Engineering degree • Multi-facility experience • Background in operations, maintenance, or engineering • Senior planner experience • PWR/BWR familiarity • Maintenance Rule knowledge
