Role summary / purpose The Senior Technology Product Strategist serves as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution. This role partners with business leaders, Solution Architects, AI Specialists, Product Teams, Engineers, and UX professionals to identify opportunities, shape innovative solutions, develop roadmaps, and guide initiatives from concept through implementation. The successful candidate combines business relationship management, design thinking, product strategy, and technology planning to help business areas solve complex problems and deliver measurable business value. Key responsibilities Business Strategy & Discovery • Build strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders. • Facilitate discovery workshops and strategic planning discussions. • Identify business challenges, opportunities, and unmet needs. • Translate business objectives into actionable technology opportunities. • Align stakeholders around priorities, outcomes, and solution direction. Solution Design & Innovation • Partner with Solution Architects, AI Specialists, Engineers, and Product Teams to evaluate and shape solutions. • Lead solution-design and ideation workshops. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies. • Evaluate solution options based on value, risk, feasibility, and strategic alignment. • Define MVPs, pilots, and experimentation approaches. Product Strategy & Roadmaps • Define solution vision, business outcomes, and success measures. • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and investment plans. • Prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives. • Develop business cases and funding recommendations. • Translate business needs into capabilities, requirements, and user stories. Delivery & Value Realization • Guide initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption. • Maintain business and technology alignment throughout delivery. • Support change management and business readiness activities. • Measure outcomes and refine solution direction based on results. Requirements – education & experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Strategy, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines. • Experience facilitating workshops, requirements discovery, and stakeholder engagement. • Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and technology strategies. • Strong understanding of Agile, Product Management, and Design Thinking practices. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills. • Proven ability to influence across multiple organizations without direct authority.
