Service Parts Solution Architect We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Solution Architect to lead the evolution, integration, and modernization of Aftermarket Service Parts platforms and capabilities. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end business and technology solutions that support the complete service parts lifecycle, including parts catalog management, inventory planning, pricing, order fulfillment, dealer operations, supplier integrations, and customer experience. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and architecture leadership. They will partner with business leaders, product teams, and technology organizations to define future-state architecture, drive modernization initiatives, and deliver scalable, cloud-ready, API-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, business agility, data quality, and customer satisfaction across the aftermarket ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, and IT teams to define technology strategies and translate complex aftermarket service parts requirements into scalable, integrated business solutions. • Lead architecture and solution design efforts across the Aftermarket Service Parts domain, including: • Parts Catalog Management • Parts Master Data Management • Service Parts Planning and Forecasting • Inventory Management and Optimization • Pricing and Promotions • Order Management and Fulfillment • Supplier and Procurement Integration • Returns Processing • Dealer and Distributor Systems • Develop business capability maps, solution roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and target-state technology strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning applications, integrations, APIs, data platforms, cloud services, security, and analytics capabilities. • Provide technical leadership for enterprise service parts platforms, including application ecosystems, integration layers, data services, and cloud-native architecture. • Lead modernization initiatives leveraging cloud platforms, microservices, event-driven architectures, API strategies, automation frameworks, and digital transformation capabilities. • Collaborate with business and engineering teams to evaluate technology options, define solution designs, identify tradeoffs, and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. • Define integration strategies across ERP, dealer systems, supplier networks, service applications, CRM, logistics, inventory management, pricing, and customer engagement platforms. • Drive data architecture, master data management, data governance, and information quality strategies across service parts business domains. • Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, reliability, performance, resiliency, compliance, supportability, and operational excellence. • Create and maintain architecture documentation, capability models, solution designs, integration specifications, technology standards, and modernization roadmaps. • Mentor architects, engineers, and delivery teams while establishing architecture standards, engineering best practices, and governance processes.
