Talent Acquisition Partner

Role summary / purpose As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role in hiring across the Americas. With a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end-to-end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across multiple business units including Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and more. Acting as a talent hub to business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding, and internal mobility. Key responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider business stakeholders • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet qualifications and fit organizational culture • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process Requirements – education & experience • 4+ years recruitment experience ideally within a technical recruitment environment • Experience hiring for corporate positions (Finance, etc.) is an advantage • Experience recruiting in USA is an advantage Required skills • Bilingual: English and Spanish • Knowledge of how to maneuver within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday • Research skills with the ability to navigate complexity and drive simplicity • Detail-oriented with a passion for doing the right thing the right way • Learning enthusiast who follows trends and publications in the market outlining new ways to differentiate
