Role summary / purpose The position supports the management of controlled documents throughout their lifecycle. This role works with document owners, authors, and subject matter experts to maintain accurate, current documentation and ensure compliance with established document management standards. Key responsibilities • Coordinate document reviews and manage approvals • Maintain version control and assign document numbers • Support document publication, archival, and cancellation activities • Maintain document repositories and track review schedules • Monitor document status and support audit readiness by maintaining complete documentation records • Communicate review requirements and deadlines • Respond to document-related requests and provide guidance on document management processes and standards • Partner with stakeholders to develop and update standard operating procedures, process maps, and job aids • Facilitate working sessions and gather input from stakeholders • Incorporate feedback and ensure documents align with approved processes and organizational requirements Requirements – education & experience • Experience in process documentation or a related field Required skills • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Facilitation skills • Proficiency in Visio • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Experience working with multiple stakeholders • Experience managing competing priorities Employment details – type, location, hours Hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite.
