Role summary / purpose Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution. Also responsible for employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management. Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas. Leads and coordinates technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives. Key responsibilities • Ensures successful execution of project roadmaps, budget management, and stakeholder alignment while mitigating risks and optimizing resources • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports • Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes • Manages stakeholder relationships and provides executive-level project oversight • Leads the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks • Leads enterprise-wide IT programs, providing executive oversight, strategic planning, and budget control • Develops and implements IT governance strategies to standardize project delivery, ensure compliance, and optimize IT resource allocation Requirements – education & experience • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field • 6-10 years of experience leading IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing technical implementations Required skills • Strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps) • Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) • Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure • IT governance expertise • Business process optimization • Vendor management • Cross-functional leadership Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Experience in Agile project management • Financial forecasting • Strategic planning
