Operational Readiness Coordinator

Role summary / purpose We are seeking a strong and experienced Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator to support large-scale strategic initiatives and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. This is not a testing-focused role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, drive deliverables to completion, and effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will possess strong project management, organizational, communication, and reporting skills and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities • Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items • Develop clear, concise, and leadership-ready reporting • Identify and address risks and issues proactively • Ensure stakeholders remain aligned, informed, and accountable • Manage ORT activities with a high degree of quality and attention to detail Requirements – education & experience • 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience • Proven ability to manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Required skills • Advanced PowerPoint presentation development skills • Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Experience supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities
