Transmission Project Manager

Role summary / purpose Primarily support the Transmission project management or Transmission development and estimating organizations with all project throughput tasks including but not limited to communicating, tracking, organizing, forecasting, project metric reporting, trend analysis and variance reporting. Key responsibilities • Development meeting coordination (Word/SharePoint) – take notes, send out agenda, and send out summary • Maintain Action Item Tracker • Dev Project Tracker (Excel/SharePoint) – add projects as they come in, update status, move projects to hand off/cancelled tab, and verify data (sponsor, funding, etc) • GLT Project Tracker – add projects, add/remove individual poles based on info from stakeholders, update status, move projects to hand off/cancelled tab, and verify data • SWORD All Access (Internal Risk Software) administration • PCT All Access (Internal Project Creation Software) – DPN Generation • SharePoint management – manage access, maintain site, and automate site/create workflows • PowerBI – maintain Departmental PowerBIs and understand how to navigate • Economic Development Assistant duties – track requests, coordinate delivery of estimates/schedules, and generate one pager proposals with info from stakeholders • Manage Emergent Projects • Assist with GLT Project Development • Assist with Program Development • Interface with Portfolio Manager to ensure data coordination and movement of cashflows Requirements – education & experience Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Technical experience in utilities/transmission or related field is very beneficial.
