Company introduction We are seeking a User Research & Experience Architect to support a high-impact enterprise application initiative. Role summary / purpose This role combines hands-on research, process improvement, and experience strategy to improve usability, adoption, and business outcomes. The individual will act as a liaison between business partners and technical teams, ensuring alignment between user needs, workflows, and digital solutions. Key responsibilities • Plan and execute user research (interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, surveys) • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and improvement opportunities • Create key deliverables (personas, journey maps, insight summaries, usability reports) • Drive experience strategy and support application vision, workflows, and navigation • Develop and maintain Human-Centered Design process maps aligned to business goals • Recommend process improvement to optimize workflows and UX outcomes • Partner with business, design, and engineering teams to translate insights into action • Act as a liaison to business partners and users, ensuring alignment and clear communication • Validate solutions through usability testing and continuous feedback Requirements – education & experience • 7+ years in user research, UX, process improvement, or related field • Experience with enterprise tools and workflows Required skills • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills • Ability to translate insights into business and UX strategy • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments Nice-to-have / preferred skills • Familiarity with Figma, Jira, and research tools
